Maître Tania Huot was born in 1972 and obtained her Masters degree in law at Lausanne University in 1997.

After working as a court clerk for the Lausanne Public Prosecutor, she passed her Bar exams in Lausanne in 2002. She has worked as a lawyer ever since and joined Schmidt, Jaton and Partners in 2007.

Maître Tania Huot is very experienced in business and corporate law. She regularly advises both private individuals and Swiss companies in all areas of business and corporate law

Her main areas of expertise are in business law and contracts in general (including the drawing up of contracts) in particular labour law and landlord and tenant law.

She is currently studying for an FSA specialisation in labour law.
